When's the Last time that I've actually drew a Bird Character... It has been a while 3:.....
Like I said in the journal, I was gonna make a Wargle character and so I have this guy. So Yeah, I figure that Zaniger needs another Army guy to compete against and so I just went with the American-Army guy design. Simple Design I guess, but then, sometimes Simple designs can be the best designs :T.
