Several months have passed since she and Humphrey performed their original task when they were sent to Idaho. Repopulate. Humphrey repopulated quite well, giving Kate three very big and strong pups that surely took after them both very well. At least that’s what their future mother hoped as she sauntered her way through the forest on a casual stroll. She could feel the time getting closer for their birth, the almost constant movement, cravings, and swelling of her belly not stopping. She felt excited, but knew part of her would miss carrying them around within her, making Humphrey blush and drool whenever he’d lay eyes on his handywork. She sighed as she looked back to her belly as it shifted with movement and smiled, speaking gently. “Not too much longer, kiddos. Try not to hurt momma too much coming out..”
