Since no one is leaving feedback, I shall give you some. I enjoy the scenario and pose you've got going on, I think both are classic and well worth viewing. Color is definitely not too bad except for a couple of areas. The first is the background, breaking up the foliage or sand with colors that are similar yet slightly different from the base color of each would do a lot to help give them that depth you are looking for.

In terms of the water on the pants, I really like that you gave that small detail. To maximize it you should blur the edge of the water stain to help make it look like it has soaked into the pants.

Finally, the shell could probably do with some ripples too to help show that it within the water as well instead of just floating on top of it.

Overall, a good picture. the emotions are well-done and you've captured the incoming traits of the pokemon underneath the clothing very well. Keep it up and I look forward to seeing your future work.
