Yeah, I remember the boat vaguely.. finding the place in a dilapidated library...
the last thing I remember doing was.. going into an ice cave to fight the possessed dog. I THINK that was close to the end of the game. And this was like 3 years ago, so blah I'd really have to play through the whole thing again to get anything out of it.

It isn't. It becomes more rage-inducing play. I mean it's cool that you can keep on going with a story line but this guy just doesn't die. I've had many moments where I thought I had trained long enough, gained enough power and all that good stuff but I would be killed in 3-5 turns. So if you ever decide to pick up the game again, good luck!
