I genuinely did a liquid diet for 7 months and lost 9 stone back when I was like...22 so quite a while ago now LOL

LOL no I think I might be a bit a bit wonky if id een drinking booze for 7 months. No this was a medically approved vitamin/minerals extreme weightloss thingumy basically I drank a medical chocolate shake 3 times a day for 7 months LOL. Tedios but I was fairly desperate at that point in my life
