Not bad for the first time in a while. At least you can draw humans kinda well. Every time I try I fail, so I find furries easier to draw for some reason.

Your head isn't that round, is what's off. It's more... oblate spheroid.

I hope you get plenty of work outside just this isolated realm of fans. That said, I'll sorely miss your work when you move on to working more often, which is bound to happen eventually unless you win the lottery (got my fingers crossed for you!).

I get lots of human drawing practice because my general storyline takes place on earth, so I have to have humans, of course.
My advice to you: Plug in something epic to your DVD player, like the dark knight or LOTR, and draw epic battles (with humans) while doing so. (obviously, it would be best to put them in varying, combat related poses.) That'll get you some good practice at... basically everything that has to do with humans. Then, a more simple pose (like the one in this picture) will be easier.
I hate to be a little noob giving out advice to the pros, so please, take this only as humble advice. It's just something to do if you're bored and want to draw something.
If epic battles aren't your cup of tea... well, sue me, I tried. lol

That's good advice for learning poses, sure, but that has nothing to do with drawing humans specifically.

Much better than anything I ever drew... I really like it. I've never actually seen you in person, so I can't comment as to accuracy, but I can say that anyone who can't see your obvious skills and natural talents, in my opinion, isn't worth your time. Anyone who has seen your work, especially the later parts of concession, should be able to see that, as your hundreds or thousands of fans will show. I also think that you and your hair are very smexy. :3 your mate is lucky to have you. Your lucky I already have a mate or I would be jealous. Seriously though, great work. Don't sell your talents short, But don't overwork yourself too. No-one wants you sick or hurt. We can't wait for your updates on Ballerina mafia and the next great follow-up comic to concession.
