This is the final white light viewable hologram. Unfotunately its also a dud. The master hologram is on very curly film, and it moved during the copy exposure, so the image is mostly dark blobs. This picture was very carfully composed to avoid the bad spots. Have a look at http://www.bobdbob.com/~protius/lab.....G_8721.JPG.jpg if you're curious. That picture was taken by reconstructing the hologram backwards with a laser, to show the image of the master hologram. The master was clamped between two 1/4 inch thick pieces of glass held together with 4 C clamps... The current plan is to cement the film to a piece of glass to get it to stop squirming. Plates are so much easier.

The 4x5 film I use in my holography panel is nowhere near as squirmy.
