Mangy Rathounds do not, in fact, have the mange. Nor do they hunt rats (well, usually). They get their namesake from their scrawny frames, long tails, and the seemingly permanent unkempt state of their fur. The breed comes in a wide range of colors, though they are most commonly found in white, brown, or grey.
