A character of mine I made for a D&D campaign. :3 He's not an NPC, he's a char I actually want to play in someone else's campaign.
Progression notes: after level 9, Brend will take 5 levels in the Reaping Mauler prestige class before returning to fighter. Here is his feat progression:
Dodge, Improved grapple, Two-weapon fighting, Power attack, Improved sunder, Clever wrestling, Spring attack, Weapon focus (Pain and Fear), Improved trip, Improved crit (Pain), Improved combat expertise, Earth's embrace

meh. Sounds to me like you're just looking for two custom spiked chains. treat the weapons as one-handed spiked chains, only since the blades on the end are similar to a glaive, have it deal damage/crit as one of those instead. Since the chains are bound to your arms, you cannot be disarmed, but you also cannot drop them to avoid being tripped after failing a trip attack. You should maintain separate weapon stats for when you're using the chains, and for when you're holding the blades in hand. I personally suggest taking as many two-weapon fighting/defense feats as possible, as well as power attack (to mimic the heavy attacks with the triangle button). The whole tree of teats under power attack would also be good decisions, as well as the feat tree for dodge.
ALSO, get feats that help with grappling, as well as the clever wrestling feat. Those will allow you to successfully mimic the 'grab' moves with the circle button (or as I call it, the 'fuck you' button :3).
A few levels of barbarian won't hurt either, since you can use rage to mimic the 'fury of the gods' ability.
Mostly though, I'd skip master of chains and just go straight fighter, with some barbarian mixed in.

no there actual is a prestige class called master of chains .
oh and i would have no idea on how to make that. since i have never made a character by myself. it was always you want to do this and that just put these stats here roll dice for this and that. been doing that for over a year now. yeah pathetic i know

...lol, well I just told you exactly how to do it XD Damage/crit as a glaive, et cetera et cetera, feats blah blah blah... and you're good!
Also, if you click where it says 'Reply to this post' under what I say, then you post will indent like mine is. Very useful when replying to comment on one of your own submissions.

...NONE of the books? ...well then you can't make a character. You MUST have a copy of the player's handbook available to you in order to play the game. No exceptions. Even the most advanced DM still needs a copy. Nothing can be done without it.
...also, please see what I said above about the reply button.

well my friend runs his game. and he did not make that his rule that you have to have to book to play you just have to find access to books so that you may make your character then you show it to him and if he see fit that the character is not broken he may or may not allow it in his campaign.
and i thought i did press the reply button. sorry

Hehehe, fun to think about, no? He prefers solutions that are both simple and elegant. :3
Like that goblin mentioned. he won't generally ACTUALLY kill it. That would be messy and counterproductive. But putting one of Pain's blades just under it's throat is simple, straightforeword, and likely to put an eloquent end to whatever problem he faces with said goblin.
