All too often sadly, I watch people hurt too much and that makes me pause sadly.

It's a transspecies problem too. I usually think of dolphins but it can also be for pets. I love dolphins, and I can honestly say that is an accurate use of the word, or at least my interpretation of it. A lot of people, especially here, say they love dolphins, but don't care or are in denial about the evils of dolphinariums like sea world. To me loving a dolphin is not giving in to selfish urges and even restricting my contact with them in the wild if it is for the better. And it usually is, unfortunately for me.
