There’s an alternate of V’s that Storm wants to fight even though he’d be dangerous af in a fight (this is why he wants to fight him)

V has told him not to fight him and Storm accepts this but it won’t stop him from complaining about it, or coming up with scenarios on how to have the guy to want to Get at him. It can stress V out, at which point Storm tends to stop
