New characters for 
Cassi's Endless Nonsense timeline.
Both are members of one of three leaderless clans that are subject to Ke's rule and refer to themselves collectively as "Clan Ke" (specifically the Ke of fear/guilt).
They're cousins (hence the shared surname, hyphenated in Maria's case), and I see Anders at the very least- possibly Maria as well- studying at Krishnov's (mentioned in passing here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/18959185/ ). Anders has served in an adventuring guild and often freelances as an executioner (plenty of fear and/or guilt to feast on when you're taking someone's head). Maria also has experience in adventuring, but she's more of the intrigue type, generally fulfilling tasks for Ke (haven't quite worked out her exact role regarding him, though knowing him, she would have been groomed in his service, much to the chagrin of Anders's side of the family) when she isn't working for hire. She specialises in blackmail.

Thank you. Can you tell I was trying to imitate Ke’s eye type in addition to the heterochromia?
The concept for these two got its initial seed when I found out that ‘Ek’ (the only anagram I could really form from Ke’s name) was a Swedish surname meaning ‘oak’, much as ‘Eichel’ meant acorn in German (as you’ll recall from my boy Ra’ad). By happenstance, I’d also found out that the senior line of descent from the Vasa family, Kings of Sweden, led to the Russian Imperial House of Romanov starting with Tsar Pyotr III (great-nephew of Queen Ulrike Eleonora- last scion of the Swedish House of Pfalz-Zweibrücken- and maternal nephew of Empress Yelisabeta, from whom he inherited the Russian throne). There are two rival claimants to the defunct Russian throne: Grand Duchess Maria Vladimirovna (whose mother was a Georgian princess of the Mukhrani line- hence me appending Mukhranskaya to my Maria’s surname, Mukhrani being Georgian for ‘oak grove’) and her kinsman, Prince Andrei Andreievich Romanov (who, in addition to being a male-line heir of Tsar Nikolai I, is also the grandson of Grand Duchess Xenia Alexandrovna, sister of the last Tsar, Nikolai II- and thus can be considered the senior Vasa heir general).
In terms of outfits, I based Anders’s getup on King Fairwater’s look in Dark Angel, when he served as a royal executioner. The blue jacket with yellow facings is inspired by the uniform of the Swedish Army following the reign of King Karl XII, with a dark green cummerbund being my nod to the Imperial Russian Army at the time of Napoleon’s invasion. For Maria, I used a catsuit similar to that worn by Yvonne in Dark Lord Rising, and the heterochromia and placement of her Clan mark on her shoulder were inspired by Jason Da’Real from that same story. As to wing colours, I used the same colouration as was used with Azal’s wings since I think we established her as being a Ke of Fear/Guilt as well (forgive me if I’m mistaken on that score).
I can neither confirm or deny any additional influence in outfit choice from the visual novel Long Live the Queen.
