So I was reading the fourth volume of Crockett Johnson's Barnaby, the classic 1940s comic strip. And in a sequence from January 1949, Barnaby's fairy godfather Mr O'Malley got hold of Mutzy the dragon. He's very fond of breakfast cereal (stock up on your Flabbergasties!) and his fire-breathing can be used to melt unwanted snow away. Anyway, he's adorable.
