Riley is originally male but when he was born he was born with both one male tail and one female tail. Its rare to have 2 different tails and had great psychic prowess and found a female meowstic that he fell in love with and did have a ring to show their love for each other but as they were together more she slowly got more and more obsessed with ancient evil artifacts and objects that had power. Riley warned her that these types of things were locked away for a good reason and shouldnt be disturbed but she got more obsessed and wanted more power then her own power that one day Riley divorced her and she gave up on him and fell into chaos and madness that he needed to lay low for awhile. Riley heard of a sanctuary for psychics so he went up the mountain where Morvan/Morvania takes care of any psychic that needs rest or needs help. Morvan/Morvania saw he needed help so he/she let him in and help keep him safe away from his ex-wife. He told the all the psychics there everything that transpired between them and most were surprised that his ex-wife would be obsessed while Morvan/Morvania and a few others arent cause they've seen this type of behavior before in other psychics they've encountered some ended up losing their minds to this power while others grow mad and think they are more powerful then others and things dont end well for them. While Riley sticks around Morvan/Morvania sees untapped potential in Riley and offers to help him train and Riley senses hes being sincere so he trains with him/her and after some time he finally is more intune with his inner psychic power and thanks to the rare different tails he like Morvan/Morvania has brought out his inner feminine side and uses this power well. One day while at the sanctuary he sees a psychic Weavile named Erlana that has also good prowess in her psychic powers and loves her the moment he lays his eyes on her. Morvan/Morvania can sense Riley loves Erlana but is nervous to chat with her so he gives a bit of a nudge on both Erlana and Riley with his/her powers and both can sense the nudge and both knew if they didnt get together and chatted Morvan/Morvania would keep doing it so they both got together under a starlight sky and chatted for a long time talking about their past history and both could see they were meant for each other so to show their affection for each other Erlana gave him a necklace to show her love for him and he wears it proudly every day.
