My long over due half of an art trade with darcell1291(Give me a break I had to learn to draw first) I was to draw his character Dratar in a new and different way, so me being a 40k fan I drew him as Commissar. Would be better and more apparent in color but Ill get to that eventually. Hope he likes it as I plan on revisiting this character design with color and oh say a background.
