4 years before the other user uploaded here on FA, so, hope that clears things out.
used wittle panther stock on DA with permission also, you can try to contact her, but she rarely logs online now

KyubiVash... but I don't think its art theft. They just used the same reference image. KyubiVash's is much more polished.

well, looking at KyubiVash's His piece is done differently than yours. I mean, you guys are not technically copying each other because both of you are using the SAME stock photo. So Let's all drop this now before the issue gets blown out of proportion after all, neither of you hand drew the entire picture unlike huge drama that was drawn between Spunky and some other artist that copied her style and character themes.
Also, just because you may have used the same stock photo years ago, doesn't give you the right to claim ownership over that stock photo. Even though we don't know if Kyubi got permission to use it or not, he could have easily found it on google images or something and could not find the original author. In this case, I don't think either party has a right to demand that the others would be taken down.
i am not repeat, not reclaiming ownership of the photo, just letting the guys out there know that i USED that photo earlier, and not used another persons maniped piece.
i stated in the down part that i used that photo with permission, it doesn't claim anywhere that i am owner of that photo....hell no.
