A failed experiment from lilo and stitch, born dead and reanimated. She is a bit of a zombie, and has the unrelenting urge to consume sugary drinks of all kinds.
She's not dangerous but she falls apart wherever she goes. So she needs a little bit of support.
Her powers were to create, but something happened along the way and everything she makes dies. (plants, creatures)
She can build a snowbunny and bring it to life with a piece of herself, and if the snowbunny dies it's spirit returns to her eyes.
Her eyes hold exactly 1000 souls. They all live in her mind, and she's looking to bring other things to life so that she can see more clearly and think on her own.
She was a mistake, but she exists. No one knows why her skull is on the outside. But Jumba just decided to run with it~
