Topaz at Anthrocon 2010, taken by Dragonscales gallery.
This is one of my favorite pictures of Topaz at the con, I love how the sleeveless black blouse works with her cream colored chest, dark arms and face, and dark red hair. ;)
Young topaz is sixteen, and though the loss of her parents has forced her and her brother to grow up much sooner than most other kids, Topaz still finds herself in that awkward stretch beween being a kitten and being a cat. She enjoys playing with balls of yarn and when excited will mew excitedly. She hasn't quite reached the age where she's interested in boys, and often becomes a bit shy when boys pay attention to her. She has yet to realize what boys see in her, and is often buried in a book or a computer screen. She is more nostalgic than her brother, and keeps many keepsakes from her mother and father in her room. Topaz enjoys being feline, though she does have many canine friends.

Just OK? I personally am partial to
fox-die's interpretation of her, but of course Shiro is one of my favorite artists.
