Take a look at the expression and implied movement. It's not something you do often and this time it came out very well and looks very natural. Your color and line work has also improved but it's a bit more subtle.

Female Pikachus have a v-shaped dent at the end of their tails. Male Pikachus don't. As for female Raichus, the lightning bolt at the end of their tails is smaller. Male Raichu's lightning bolt is bigger.
