Well my teacher had taken the picture and I'd rather not have the screen look blank in the picture. I think it looks fine by me. Plus, I rather like putting the signature and date on the bottom. Isn't that what artists common do in their artwork?

well it's usually neat o.o... besides i know what i'm talking about too, my mother is a staff photographer for USAToday national newspaper, not to toot my own horn but i'm around her all the time and i kind of help her decide on her photos

I would like to point out two things. number one your first post was far from a critique in the sense that it did not offer information as to why the failings you pointed failed. it was an opinion and a rudely worded one at that. number two. The fact that your mother is a photographer for USAtoday does not make her an artist NOR does it make you one by osmosis. if it did I would be a golden god cause I am a staff photographer with national geographic. But if you look at my gallery you will notice I am a CRAPTASTIC artist. But I pull down SERIOUS bank doing editorial photography and as I am sure even your mother will tell you there is a WORLD of difference between art and editorial photography. in terms of editorial I will agree this piece fails. but as ART it has some serious merit.

think about that the next time you throw around others credentials and claim them as your own.
