I've been reading the 1961-62 run of Walt Kelly's Pogo and they got into a story in which, for the reasons, Churchy LaFemme put on a dress and wig. This panel's a copy of the 3rd of July, 1961, when Churchy discovers how good he looks in that dress.

This is an even more literal copy than usual, as I am trying to get a handle on using ProCreate. I used Walt Kelly's published strip as the outline to ink over. This is why the figures have some actual definite shape. (Although the original panel only has a bit of Churchy's dresser so I did have to do some original work.) There's a lot to learn in the new tool and I don't want to overload myself on any one day. I do like the feel of the inking tools, though, and should get back to looser and worse-looking copies soon.
