an alternate Rainseia from hir worst possible timeline- and possibly even hir darkest, most twisted nightmares!
before shi came to be, shi was Sebastian the Jolteon, Aria the Leafeon, and Rex the Glaceon. they were the children of Ivory and Ebony Rainbow-Heartshine, with Sebastian and Aria being adopted, and Rex being their biological son. Sebastian was the first one Ebony tried to wash the face of in the infamous irradiated washrag incident, so he was the one who ended up with what would've been Rex's iconic face. the mutations gave Sebastian a much older complexion for a Jolteon his age, complete with a sweet handlebar moustache and thousand-yard stare.
(it's probably important to note; had Ivory won the Coin flip to name her and Ebony's son, she would've named him Rex, after his Great Grandfather. aren't you glad we ended up with Follow Me, I Have A Spare Space In My Den being his name instead? SO much easier to remember...!)
One fateful day Ivory and Ebony fell ill; living near a chemical toilet all their lives had finally taken its toll, and they were dying. to save their moms, the three siblings signed their lives away to the government to be a part of "Project: CHIMERA." contrary to how this story originally ended, the Rainbow-Heartshine twins survived the treatment, but neither of them would ever see their children ever again...
Rex, Sebastian, and Aria were surgically torn apart and reconstructed into a monsterous supersoldier, the intention being the three would share their lives with not only each other, but with a fourth consciousness that was a blending of the three of them, personality-wise. however, Dr. Thomas Phann failed, and the consciousnesses of the three instead blended completely into the new gestalt. Rex, Sebastian, and Aria were- for all intents and purposes- gone.
in their place stood a two-thirds feral monstrosity. the middle Jolteon head being the only voice of reason, compared to the snarling, beastial Glaceon and Leafeon heads that neighbored it. their first action when awake was viciously murdering Dr. Phann and his entire staff, on the Jolteon head's orders. then, the creature got to work with the corpses. using a combination of Ditto Stem Cells, the most intact human and Kalasian bits they could find in the ruin, stolen cybernetics and a CRAP-TON of Painkillers, the chimera created a second body for the Jolteon head to transplant hirself onto. and thus, Owen was born, with the rest of the creature becoming known as Jackass.
the newly-recreated monsters set out into the world, employing their trade as Bounty Hunters, till the faithful day that world began to tear itself apart. an odd Glaceon named Eon arrived to the two chimeras and told them that their world was "rotten," and fated to fade away. Eon took pity on them- or was he guided by self-interest- and offered the two monsters a chance to escape perishing along with the rest of their timeline. Owen and Jackass have been the Glaceon's faithful bodyguards ever since.
the more Savage half of the Chimeric duo, Jackass employs a more direct, intimate and MESSY approach to all of hir problems. created from the emotional sides of the pokemon siblings who were butchered to create hir, Jackass is far more prone to fits of rage, elation, and even despair than hir other half, Owen, would be. though shi's more beastlike than Owen, that doesn't mean Jackass is just a ravenous animal. it has taken a while, but Owen has taught hir how to speak, as well as some basic problem-solving skills. that said, Jackass knows shi isn't as smart as hir one-headed sibling, so shi has no issues at all with letting Owen call the shots. but shi will ONLY listen to Owen. try to boss hir around yourself, and you run the risk of dying
(unless you're Eon, who Owen has Jackass under serious orders to never lash out at.)
