Re: the 8th question, that would explain why there are no shared ancestors. I think this world might be a "rebirth" of a planet situation. In the case of humans, where we still live with our common ancestors the apes, their world must be either; They all evolved enough so that the evolution did not diverge (apes > humans) or they did diverge but something happened to leave them as survivors. (Homosapiens outliving neanderthals)
