Part of a themed set for TFtober 2020. Between Skuntank and Miltank, the use of Octillery seems a bit odd, but in Japan they are named "Octank," and had a scrapped earlier design that lived up to the name. You may have noticed, but the look of this 'transformation' is heavily based on that.
