So after peeps reacting to that littl' Kree clone in the Kreerrito and worrying about his fate, I decided to explore his adventures through Dragonhead's digestive system 😝
I imagine chewing him is a bit like meaty jello, and instead of breaking up cleanly he sorta splits out into two smaller but whole-ish Kree bits. Kree clones don't die as they get eaten, they just split into smaller and smaller Kree-bits.
The little Kree-bits adventure down the digestive system down into the stomach. Eventually, all the bits break down into little Kree-faced cells, absorb into the small intestines and go for a ride on little red blood cell rafts. The DH white blood cells get a bit suspicious of these newcomers… the Kree cells try to make friendly conversation in order to blend in and not get "arrested".
Eventually, the Kree cells come to rest amongst a whole bunch of other regular DH cells. The DHs cells are a bit miffed about these strangers, and grump at the Kree cells how to properly Agwer like real DH cells, and so the Kree cells pass this new info around until they’re comfortably blended in with all the other cells. Now they Agwer just like the best of them!
Be forewarned though, you don't want to try this with a regular non-blank Kree. Due to their empty-headed lack of personality (apart from stock Kree bleppyness), these Kree bits/cells were happy enough to go exploring and become at home in their new roles as extra cells in DragonHead's cell mass.
If you tried this with a regular Kree / Kree clone (dairy version or otherwise), those cells would try to reassemble themselves back into their regular Kree identity. Potentially via turning you into the new Kree! So only attempt eating approved Kree clones! 😜
Also, make sure not to overdose on too much Kree matter! Because if there are too many Kree cells in your body then they might not be enough of your own cells around to teach them your own body's way of life, and then you'll start picking up some new Kree aspects yourself!

This was drawn on Procreate for iPad, since it was done back around my birthday (9th of April) while I was in the car, on a trip with fam to do some camping. It took me a while to get used to brushes and stuff to properly finish all the colours 'n' stuff though, so I only properly got around to finishing up all the colours for it yesterday 😛

I have an OC species that's basically non-sapient (is that the word?) but reproduces by merging itself into people who've had serious injuries and pretty much bringing them back to life via merging. No reason you can't do the same thing.
Although now that I think about it - I think in one of those old OCT comics you actually kinda did! So I guess you beat me to it.

Heh yep it’s an idea I’ve been holding onto for a while, but never really made much use of it so far, apart from those old Mafia game comics.
A chunk of Kree matter can be used as a makeshift all-purpose solution for healing. But of course, it could lead to side effects. Better than dying, but maybe a little drastic for minor injuries.
I imagine there could be a white version, manufactured and packaged as a “medi-gel” that is basically taking Kree cells and training them to be diligent and to copy cells exactly with no Kreeification side effects. A nice safe healing-only version of Kree matter. Of course, these medi-gel packs would come with a “best before” date because eventually those Kree cells get forgetful and go back to their old ways. So there would be some stigma about “expired” packs “turning green”, and they probably get routinely sent back to the factory for recycling. Some mystery entrepreneur is probably getting rich off of this little setup… 😝

that's why those DH white blood cells are carefully sizing them up, because they're on the lookout for suspicious intruders. The Kree cells are using the approach of trying to blend in and act like fine upstanding normal cells. I suppose a Kree cell may have a chance of turning into a white, but more than likely would get dissolved just like any other intruder if eaten. Kree cells are versatile, but not immortal 😜
Now, in the real world, it's done (as I vaguely understand it) via chemical signatures or special molecule shapes that match up… I'm a bit hazy on the intricate details of what the immune system does to check home vs invading cells.
But in this case, it's more of a cute anthropomorphic personification* of what's happening on the cellular level, and the Kree cells are trying their best to be nice and present themselves as harmless non-stranger cells that only want to help out and not do any naughty things that would make a white blood cell upset and want to eat them 😛
*I love that phrase. I first picked it up from the wonderfully entertaining Discworld novels by the (late 😢) Sir Terry Pratchett
