My landlord's cat and I have become great friends. I live in one of the two apartments on top of their business, where they keep her and she waits at the door every morning for me to get home. Unfortunately they keep the doors locked when they aren't there so all I can do is talk to her through the door. When they are there they leave the door open so that she can run around outside. I get to play with her then. One day I got home from something and was just getting out of the car, and she ran right up to me and starting rubbing all over me and purring. She doesn't do that for anyone else.
I feel like cats are the greatest friends a person can have.
