When Rigel and Lashyn met in passing one day with Lashyn hiking and Rigel hunting, Rigel suggested they get together the next day. Lashyn's favorite place was too cramped and wet for Rigel and Rigel's favorite spot was inaccessible to a drake with no wings D: so they decided to meet in the open forest. It was a beautiful day and the weather was nice and fresh - not a bad compromise for either. Lashyn approached the meeting place feeling eager and a bit nervous to get out of the cave, and out of his head, to meet a new friend. Rigel being the big goof he is tried to hide behind a tree and in the grass to jump out and surprise Lashyn. Rigel's size and color made him a lousy ninja of sorts, but Lashyn only saw him just before he jumped out. "RAWR! HIYA LASHYN! How's it going?" Rigel said prancing around him and laughing to himself. "Is that apple for me?"
Lashyn looked down at the apple he was holding, smiling from Rigel's energy "As a matter of fact, it is. Just a small gift that I got on my way here" Lashyn held out the apple for him "And if you want we can go back and I can show you where I got it."
"Aww, why thank you" Rigel said as he gently snatched the apple from Lashyn's hand "sure, I would love to get more, but how about on the way back? For now, let's just go this way."
Rigel smiled and began walking forward "come on!"
Lashyn proceeded to follow him and they both had a wonderful time just walking and talking before stopping at a waterfall and back again. Such a simple activity, but one that Lashyn welcomed and was glad to be invited along. It was nice to get to talk with another dragon face to face, no matter the premise and hopefully the two would get to do it again some day.
