Ah this glorious boy here. Madam Kiki has given me a true work of art.

The Chameleon part should be fairly Obvious, It is a Jackson Chameleon.
The Bird part is more subtle. The Talons and a bit of the leg are stolen straight from a bird, The Shoulders and the upper half of his back are covered in feathers, and the hands are also textured for bird skin.
The machine elements are not all visible. The Tubes near his neck are coolant pipes, In his chest lies essentially a 2 stroke engine and there are vacuum tubes down the base of his spine instead of normal frills. There are some other modifications i initially requested but are not visible and may not be used in future works.
