Some of my finest confections to date, perfect for mornings when you’re in a rush to beat the highway traffic and have no time for breakfast or a shower.
Here’s how I did it:
1-measure and mix together 2+1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal, 2+1/2 cups steel cut oats, 2 cups melted peanut butter, 1 cup mini-marshmallows, 2 cups chocolate chips & 2 tbsp honey in a large bowl until combined
2-shape into balls and freeze for 2 hours
3-melt chocolate and mix with Nutella, then dunk balls in chocolate and set onto plate, finally transferring to fridge to chill until hardened
4-return chilled balls to freezer until ready to eat at a later time.
5-enjoy!
