I made this in '09 in Gimp. My laptop at the time had a shit processor and worse ram. Soooooo the smudging tool had this kinda stuttering effect that made her echo like she is in the background here. I actually kind of miss it even though I can easily attain this effect with other tools, but when you find a trick you like...

Anyway, this was my first glance into fully digitally rendered art. It was all done by mouse. I had no tablets until 2018. Maybe 2017, I'd have to look at my dA again. I left FA for a long, long time and only recently-ish came back. I want to say 2017-18, but I could be wrong.
