Here is the character profile of my villain character, Toshineko Hirozaki. After many tweeks and improvement, I finally get to say that I'm happy with this one. After attempts at making Toshineko pure evil, I've decided to make him more sympathetic and relatable. Be warned that it has a lot of pages and it's really detailed, but this is what happens when the website I used, One Stop For Writers, forces me to work hard on this character profile. Plus, I intended to make Toshineko a dark counterpart of Lucario from Lucario and The Mystery of Mew.
