Kali was perplexed, her portal procedure was all off, and to think she had spent a good part of a year refining it. Her methods of study had gotten to the point where not one or two books wouldn’t suffice, but an entire array of parted parchment arranged around her to be used in effective study. There was a calming clarity in the blueish illumination from the candles within the darkened Dalaran Archives, as if she was gaining insight from its presence.
Holding books akimbo, she swept through the pages and cross referenced in real time, eventually tracing to the passage she required. A long huff of relief washed away all the stress, as she grumbled, “Hellfire, I think an extra building or two beneath my paws shall sate my desires tonight~” Kali’s Wolfish grin would say everything as she closed all the books which were no longer required and returned home, there would be destruction this dusk.
