Merde Staten, the mother to Ranger and Tory Staten.

She had a rough life growing up. She lived a warrior's life, fighting and killing for her king. Eventually, said king took a fancy to her, and they mated, eventually ending up with Merde getting pregnant with a baby boy, one she would name Tory.
The king didn't want the child as he already had an heir, so he kicked Merde out of his castle with her child, who had only just hatched.
Eventually, Merde found a dialga who would take her and Tory in, giving them shelter and food in exchange for 'favors' from Merde.
The dialga eventually had to go on a long trip away, leaving Merde alone with young Tory, and a new egg soon to hatch.

The egg eventually hatched, bringing a small hermaphrodite dialga into the world, which Merde lovingly named Ranger.
Tory and Ranger grew up mostly alone as Merde had to take up battling again to help pay for food and shelter for her children.

Unfortunately for Merde, the King had decided to punish her with a curse of permanent pregnancy.
Merde was more or less forced to retire and suffer through adjusting to life as a permanently pregnant arceus, though thankfully Tory and Ranger were able to take care of themselves at that time, moving out and finding new homes. Homes which would coincidentally be upon a little blue planet, in a city known as Lagnis Point.
