This sort of offer seems like one that most would accept (unless they're really, really fond of not being all that big). I feel like some additional details would need to be considered though.
For example, if the one receiving big pecs (by your standards) doesn't have all that much muscle, they might appreciate the rest of their physique getting enough of an upgrade that they can maintain all mobility they had before.
Or, if Lesser is capable of it, giving them independent mobility at all. (I have no doubt that Lesser is very capable, but I have not observed any instance of regrowing missing limbs from him.)
Anyways, it's still a very nice offer without those additional details.
