It can be hard for smaller pokemon to measure up to those bigger than them, even if they were prone to packing on a few more pounds like this particular eevee. But thankfully it only takes a bit of lungpower from a helpful (albeit sorta strange looking) Lugia to match and even outshine even the biggest legendaries (whether he actually wants to or not :V ).
Birthday time for
Winter-Light again, and once more I thought it best to make a blimp out of his chubby bescarfed eevee. Since I generally like to pair pokemon characters with other pokemon, I thought a pretty big one of them with lungpower to match might be in order, but with only the two lucarios to my name so far I had to get inventive. So yeah, Spes can be Loog now, if needed, I guess, if I can figure out a nickname for reference purposes. Splugia? Sploog. ...I'll work on that.
