Utahraptor is finally reintroduced! More officially this time, rather than the old base that kinda just vaguely resembled it with hella outdated anatomy. I can finally put that one to rest and discontinue it. I've grown a lot since and gave that one its last color not long ago.
As usual, I had the help of Scott Hartman's skeletal and Matt Dempsey's musculature graph.
