An Icon commission done for Cottonee on Twitter.
This character was so airy and fluffy, it felt like drawing a cloud/cotton candy. I really enjoyed painting the hair and curls. I rarely get to draw female characters in general so I savor every moment of it. The lips was also a part I took my sweet time on, mostly because anthro characters rarely have lips in a classical sense.
Edit: Turns out it was an OC off of a Pokemon called Cottonee, ha ha ha. I didn't know because the client went by the same name.
