Go Go Actionmen enemys (lots of vore yay!)
Okie, so part two of my uploadings of my game that is possibly on temporary (hopefully) hold.
Go Go Actionmen was more or less just a little something Forbic and I were putting together to test how well we can make platformers. We were doing well but things slowed down for some reason. I put together all the sprites of interest I accomplished and putting them up here...and maybe if I can get Forbic's permission (since he is the main coder) we will post the very short demo we did make. But anyway...
So here we see 9 relatively finished, 100% custom made sprites I did with little to no referances of anything. Also they're very vorish. ^^;
My personal favorites being the dragon, the belliron, and the deer obviously. Which ones do you like?
So, yeah. More spritework, but not just edits this time. And with the exception of the loading bar, it's not me! How do I do such selfless acts? *falls over* ^^;;

Honestly, has any of you ever played Heart of Darkness before? I mean.. if you want vore games, that one -is- it. The poor main character kid gets gobbled up by nearly -everything- you run into.. spiders.. plants.. snakes.. underwater creatures.. big ogre-ish dudes. I remember nicknaming it Heart of Vore just for how much is in the game! I.. actually killed the main character on purpose.. many times over, just to watch him get gobbled. >.> <.<
These are great sprites. Just a bit of work to give them a background to walk around on that'd work well with them, and not clash.. then animation, and some time putting levels and such together. Gah.. I had to not finish my programming, didn't I? :P This is the kinda thing I'd have been making if I hadn't hung up my hat, as it were. Programming is quite boring, when you don't have a direct goal to shoot for.

Quite ironically, I've never been able to play Heart of Darkness because of the fact I've never really been able to own and keep any consoles, much less games for them...and by the time I heard of it I could never find it, and when I did it was for a system I didnt have...^^;;
We've managed to get backgrounds that are quite decent, animated, a few levels working...All we need to do really is keep doing that until we got a full-fledged demo working.

Ah. Tis a shame too.. any vore-fan would love it. Do a websearch.. perhaps on Youtube or some similar site. May at least find videos to give you an idea what was in it.
Also, good luck in spades on your game-project. As said, I know how painful it can be to keep up the work on those things, but also how infinitely rewarding a finished program can be, when it works. Have fun preddish one!

Man. I could think of -so- many more critters to put into this game. If this is not the only page of enemy sprites, I missed the rest. That being said.. sheesh. Your making pretty much a 2D version of a 3D game I was thinking of making! <.< >.>
Now.. if my keen eyes don't decieve me.. is that a Spencerdraggie visible in the list of 'unfinished enemies'.. or just a very close look-alike? But yes.. many more chances in there. Not many aquatic things on there, I notice. Or avians. Heck.. random tentacled spaces work. So does patches of hungry grass.. trees that gobble people. Man. I could go on for -hours-..

Well, this is the only page I've posted of it thus far. ^^; And no, that actually wasn't meant to be me. Meant to be a neko, but it does look awfully like a certain blue vorish beasty, doesnt it? <<;
Aquatics, avians (but probably not tentacle monsters, oh no no no.) and hungry trees are actually planned already for the later 'themed' levels.
If you could go on for hours, why not give it a shot too? ^^; *grin*
