(Gester)
Gester grumbled as he stirred that morning when his alarm went off.
Ugh, time to get up, Gester thought. No, I'm too tired. Just a few more minutes... *Sigh* Myself and I both know that we can't just do that. Aw, c'mon, but I'm so tired... zzzzz... Hey, wake up! Zzzzz... Oh, fuck you! I mean, I know it's a weekend, but come on! Zzzzzz...
Groaning, Gester's Geoff half attempted to control the body himself. Sadly, this was much easier said than done. Gester had to literally drag himself out of the bed and along the floor. Due to the Chester half being asleep, Gester had to struggle hard to slide around. As such, showering was a chore in of itself and the less said about Gester using his tentacles to make breakfast, the better. As for Thread, he slept alongside the Chester half. After a long while, once the scent of food wafted up, Gester's Chester half finally woke up along w/ Thread.
"UNGH, IS THAT... FOOD?" Gester asked ravenously, "OH, NOW, I WAKE UP? DON'T BE LIKE THAT. I KNOW FOOD IS THE BEST! *Sigh* I AM A SILLY SAUCE, AREN'T I? YES, I AM~:3."

Gester spent some time for a while not really doing much. As it was the weekend and the threat of Lilith was eradicated, Gester didn't really have to do outside of work. He did have his friends, but Gester's Geoff half wasn't really a social butterfly, and his Chester half was clueless when it came to friendship. Throw in some laziness and the lack of people to play w/ and you've got yourself the recipe for one bored fluffball of a monster. Gester ended up spending a lot of time just laying on his broad back, sometimes upside-down. As for his shared thoughts, they were mainly about stupid stuff, such as if you could make cheese w/ strawberry milk, why is fruitcake so brick-like, why do people say that eating meat is bad even though animals eat and kill each other all the time, etc. Gester also thought about his brother, Drake. He'd been thinking about the guy a lot, and he still wasn't sure how to feel about him. He hung around w/ a pretty (not bad) strange group, which included his own big belly! Aside from that, not only could Drake hold his own against Gester, but he managed to overwhelm the fusion pretty badly! As a result, Gester had silently vowed to one day rematch his little brother.
I'll be stronger by then, little brother. So will I. Just you wait, Gester had thought.
Finally, there was the matter of Gester's cousins, Gasper and Gwen. He kept on thinking about telling them about his... predicament. Half of him kept thinking that he should just ask Patrick to teleport him to Ride City and show himself off, while the other half argued that his cousins would freak out and that they wouldn't want to see him again. In short, Gester did nothing for a few hours but have mental conversations and debates. As for Thread, he pigged out on Gester's blood (shocker). That is until he remembered Natas' old room...
"HEY...," Gester said, "HOW ABOUT WE CHECK OUT MY DAD'S ROOM? I CAN'T! HE TOLD ME NOT-!"
Gester stopped himself.
"WAIT, WHY THE HELL DO I CARE?" Gester asked bitterly, "LET'S GO SEE WHAT'S IN THERE."
Gester chuckled softly and got up. His Chester half could use some work, but it was getting much better as time went on. Gester made his way upstairs. Once he was at the top, Gester slowly made his way over to the end of the wooden hall. Once he was there, Gester hesitated. The door was white in contrast to the brown wood. Gester pursed his connected lips. Reluctantly, though, Gester grabbed and turned the knob. Surprisingly enough, it took a while as the knob and door appeared to be stuck a little. After a bit, though, Gester finally got the door open. Stepping inside, Gester looked around tensely as Thread began to hiss loudly. The room was actually a lot more nice-looking compared to Chester's little, childish insanity of a room. Just like the rest of the house, this bedroom was pretty old-fashioned. The bed was made from some old-looking mahogany, and the blankets and pillows were red and plush-looking. There was an empty, walk-in closet towards the right as well as a small, side-table drawer. Under normal circumstances, the room would've felt pretty cozy and homey. Sadly, two things ruined the place.
(Song: In My Way from Undertale)
One was that amount of dust and cobwebs everywhere. Two was a strange, dank smell that, for some reason, set Gester on edge. Heavily intimidated by the room, Gester trembled in place, his tentacles wriggling frantically as if trapped. Gester also noticed, much to his horror, that there were some dry, red streaks here and there...
"I DON'T LIKE IT HERE... PLEASE TURN ME BACK!" Gester said fearfully.
Not wanting to waste another second in there, Gester bolted right out and slammed the door! Immediately, Gester slid his gooey hand along the perimeter of the door, his goo sealing the room off for good. Once this was done, Gester quickly made his way back downstairs.
"NEVER AGAIN," Both halves of Gester said.
He wasn't sure what it was about that room, but, no matter the reason, there was no way in HECK that he would check it out again...
