Chevrolay's heels were made for strolling - By Tegerio
Sooo 
Tegerio lately sounded a bit... down. So i commissioned him this piece of one of his characters i like the most.
Chevrolay is a robot which Tegerio often described as "having no purpose".
Which... i mean... it's a car turned robot that is neither as fast as a car, nor can carry people... nor can do most things a normal human being can.
But to be fair. Sometimes you need something that is just good to look at.
You know? It's called "art".
And art, as Tegerio put it himself, is meant to generate a feeling and a response. That is its purpose.
And if art can generate a good time, i hope Tegerio had a good time drawing her.
I have asked many art pieces of this character in the past but i honestly never felt like i was "entitled" to publish them because this is not my character. And they were random pin ups made for ogling.
But while previous pieces were just me being my white chauvinist cis male self and asking sexy poses...
...this was my attempt to give back to an author that has been a bit down on his luck mentally and socially in the past few months.
Tegerio has been on the business of drawing cartoons and illustrations for well over 3 decades now. And while he never talks about his financial problems, he has on occasion talked about his emotional ones.
I wish him good luck, and if possible i would like to send some of my watchers over to his gallery (though admittedly he has five times as many watchers than myself sooo uhm... but yeah, more watchers never hurt, also: there will be links down below for options to send money), he has characters for right about any taste and in a veritable wide variety of attitudes, leanings and whatnot.
If anything the strongest point of Tegerio always has been how he can capture and portray complexity in a very simple way. Something i myself struggle with in a major way even today... and he succeeded in that decades before me while only having only about 10 years on me.
His stories are among the most complex and beautifully written i have ever seen.
And let me be frank somebody who is able portray the villain in one story and the abused in a different retelling of the same story by just changing the perspective and showing what was going on that went completely unseen and ignored by the characters in the other story...
...yeah, that is good story telling. And i'll never be able to top that.
So. Have a "useless" robot... doing exactly what she was made to do: looking pretty and strolling on the walkway.
