After a year hiatus, that time of year comes around once again, and that is the annual raffle tournament. This year is a bit of a twist: instead of being hosted by
rocksteady the tournament is to be hosted by the Queenmother herself~
We are doing things a little bit different this year, and instead of trying to explain things that people won't acutally read, we are putting the rules in video format. Those rules can be found here:

i did read, having other people play does not change how the characters themself play. example using street fighter: two players thats never picked up the game before one player chooses dan the other guile, they might not know any moves but all of guiles attack will out prioritize dans via frames
