This world we call home is a world of constant, never-ending change. The Earth we know today, may not be the same Earth we wake up in tomorrow. For example, there was a time when my ancestors lived their lives as small, simple creatures, scurrying around, constantly forging for anything they could find, and then rushing back for the safety of their burrows high up in the trees. Over time we grew bigger and smarter, eventually building great cities and and villages in the canopies of the North American Rain forests. My name is Arlene, and I'm a Tree-Dweller. A member of a sentient race of squirrel folk who live every day of their lives on this world of ceaseless change.
