As a child, Doug suffered a lot because of his parents's divorce, leading him to overeat. This made him an easy target of bullying. However, his friend Manny inspired him to take the bodybuilding path, transforming his own body into a massive one. Doug also felt the need of helping people like him who were suffering from mental issues. Then, he graduated as a psychologist and has an unique treatment method by letting his patients to access his gym. He also enjoys letting his children patients to ride on his back and fly together around the town. Kevin, the koala, is his favorite patient, close friend and the son Doug never had.
