So he sorta looks like a Crat ((WTF?)), but oh well.
QUICK! I need help with the colors...STAT!
I'm being totally serious. I finished drawing this, finished the line art, and was all set to color it, and then sorta went, "Duurrrrrrrrr!"
So yeah...this was done in SAI - Drawn and lined.

Hair: pink roots, blue from there to the tip.
Fur: Mainly tan, the stripes on his maw [if more than one] pink, the rest on her head green. Ear tips also green
Clothing: a little flashier? ... xD I have NO idea, so... Make his shirt netted, if he has stripes going down his body, color them a random mix of red, green, blue, and/or yellow.
His piercings... all chrome except for the cross, make that... hell, make it glow.
