Background: Asli was born to the third member of Clan Skirata to bear the name Kal, and his wife Varal. Growing up with desendants of rogue clonetroopers on Mandalore was interesting (to say the least). During her youth, Asli fell for a member of the reknowned Fett clan, but the relationship didn't last long, as Draith Fett eventually fell in love with someone else. Eventually Asli fell in love with the man she would one day marry, Vaalan Hadar. On their wedding day, Asli affirmed her loyalty to Clan Hadar and took on their title. As Vaalan's wife, Asli bore several children, and raised them as true Mando'ade.
