Looks like my act isn't the only thing that stinks around here...
It's Moron Monday, so here's Mr. Mephitto in a jester outfit that definitely suits him.
More dignified than the usual moron outfit? Debatable. But at least the jingling might cover up the crinkling a bit...
I've put Skunk Boy in this outfit a couple times in the past, but I wanted to update the design slightly, and give his Skunkdog form a turn.

Honestly, being stuck in the same dirty diaper for extended periods is an idea that kinda grosses me out, so maybe we need to propose an alternative punishment that features the sort of embarrassment, irony, and silliness I do enjoy that also fits in with your "rude diaper jester punished for potty humor in a way that emphasizes his diaper" idea... Perhaps washing, drying, folding and putting away all of the underwear he's not allowed to wear? Or cleaning all of the toilets he's not allowed to use? Just imagine the frustration of scrubbing a toilet while having to pee...
