Zipping in here to mention that I recently made my first ever for-sale pattern! It's for fleece footpaws and includes the pattern, detailed written instructions, and step-by-step pictures, as well.
You'll need approximately 1/2 a yard of 2-way stretch fleece, and 1/2 a yard of lining fabric, as well as a few other supplies that are listed in the description over on Etsy:

I think they might be a little challenging if they're your first dive into sewing. They do come with step by step photo instructions, but depending on your comfort level with those, it could be a challenge, yeah.
