I don't normally closely inspect baby sheds unless they look frayed when I pull them out, because they always shed perfectly in my experience, but you can see the eyecaps are on the skin, not the snake!
It's important that the eyecaps and tails be shed. I've had no trouble with eyecaps, but before I knew to look for tails I had one snake that lost a bit of her tailtip from retained sheds (she is fine). (their mom actually, she's a snow so it was harder to notice the white on white until it was pinching things significantly)
... anyone want a bunch of baby snake sheds? They don't poop yet so they're as clean as snake skins get XD
