This the Zeron Alpha inspired protagonist's older brother who is a villain and boss in the game.
He's a utterly sadistic psychopath who's actions would make the Zeron Brotherhood themselves give pause. He lives for the kill instead of money. In fact, he does NOT have any love for his own brother unlike Zeron Alpha's love for Omega and Beta.
He sold out his entire race to a evil alien empire, wiping them out to near-extinction, cruelly tortures his own brother and cuts one of his arms off, forcing him to get a robotic arm to replace it. And that's just the starters.
