Oh, you do this on mobile? Also, looked it up, it's for Apple?
Because I was able to import one of your gifs into a program I have on my PC called RealWorld Cursor Editor. It lets me create gif animations as well as make cursors. I went to the Image tab on the top bar, hit "resize/resample", set it to nearest pixel, and enlarged it by 200%. It worked perfectly!
If you have a PC, download RealWorld Cursor Editor--it's free--and try it yourself :)
If you're using an app on mobile, I have no idea how to help--I use Android myself.

GREAT NEWS!! There's a website that lets you resize gifs!! Here's what ya do:
1. Go to https://ezgif.com/resize
2. Upload the gif, or paste the direct link to the gif (what you get when you hit "Download" on FA)
3. Put however big you want it to be in "Percentage", so 200 if you want it 2x as big, 300 for 3x, etc.; don't use any other increment besides 100s or the pixels will not come out perfectly square
4. Under "Resize method", select "Gifsicle (faster, smaller file size)" so that it doesn't blur anything and we get to see the nice, sharp pixels
5. Hit "Resize image!"
6. Save the resulting image
I would personally resize these to 300% or 400%, but it's up to you :)
